New Resident Manager & Director of Food & Beverage Announced at Crowne Plaza Beijing Sun Palace

Crowne Plaza Beijing Sun Palace has proudly announced its recent appointments of Mr. Steven Xie as Resident Manager and Mr. Peter Tay as Director of Food & Beverage. 

With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Steven Xie worked in many IHG hotels (InterContinental Hotel Group) including Crowne Plaza Tianjin Meijiangnan, Holiday Inn Beijing Central Plaza with great achievements in guest experience. He is passionate for excellence and talented in team-leading and market-driving. Before this appointment, he served as Executive Assistant Manager at Crowne Plaza Tianjin Meijiangnan. 

Peter Tay started his career in Singapore and has held key management positions across multiple properties in Canada, Philippines and Beijing, Shanghai, Harbin, Chongqing and Sanya in China etc, serving for Days Inn, InterContinental and Shangri-La. He understands the food and beverage market comprehensively with inventive insights. After his on board, he will take in charge of the operation of the 5 restaurants and bars and banqueting in the hotel. Prior to this appointment, he worked in Shangri-La Hotel Tianjin as Director of F&B.
